Merc 806830T RPL 8M0071811 Heat Exchanger Question

Hello Sir:

 

Attached is the bulletin describing how the heat exchanger 806830T has been changed to a new number 807261 (8M0071811 is the new number).

 

But note there are some earlier engines with earlier serial numbers that this can’t be used on.
