When should I email? When should I call?

Email is a wonderful tool in most circumstances. We encourage the use of email because it's a fast, convenient method of communication.. If you know the e-mail address of your representative, please direct your sensitive or urgent questions to an actual person and not the info@ address so we can assist you in a timely fashion.  Otherwise, we will check the info@ address and get back to you as soon as possible.  We do check phone messages, but we do not answer incoming calls directly, so the fastest way to get someone to answer your communication is by email.  This is a change in our communication policy during the pandemic and took effect in January, 2022.
