I can't get tides or wx, I get pop up says not avail after 2011-9-27?
Sent from my iPhone

Ok, two things to look at. First, sorry you are having trouble, but do you need to update the app?
Second, have you checked to see what date range you are using? If you go to Tide Info (bottom of the screen tab) then "Settings" you will have a date range that can be any 10 day period. Let me know if these suggestions worked. If not, please reply with your zip code so I can test with you further.

I just updated the app & voila! Everything seems to be working! Thanks again for your help.

Recently I purchased your Tides app but can find no information for local tides. Can you tell me where on the app I can find it? - Falmouth, Maine

Have you set your location? Use your zip code to set your local location and then search nearby tide locations. There are a whole bunch around Casco Bay. They will show up on the map in red flags.

Thank you!!!! Got it!

How do I access tides, all I see is weather
Sent from my iPhone

At the bottom of the screen is a row of buttons that not everyone notices. Second one in is Tide info. Got to current location and set your location. Then choose "Nearby Stations List" to see local tides.

iPad version does not show tides etc buttons. As I could not find the buttons on the bottom row of the app with the HD version I tried the iPhone/iPod Touch version on the iPad and that works. Sent from my iPad

You are correct - in the HD version the tides are different.  The right side of the screen is always the menu.  On the "HOME" page, go to change location, enter your zip code, then press, SET DEFAULT.  This will update your location for both tides and weather.

To find local tides, choose "NEARBY STATIONS LIST".

If you wish to change the date range, use SETTINGS at the bottom of the right side menu.

Tide chart not correct. The vertical (feet) marks on the tide chart are incorrect. The graph never goes up beyond 1 or 2 feet, no where near the actual tide hight. This is for the iPad ap. This bug is also mentioned on comments in the app store.

If you look carefully at the high and low tide data you will see a capital M after the second number.  We have listed both feet and meters in the tide data, but the graph is actually in meters.  The information is correct but you will need to convert from meters until we get a setting to use feet as well.  We hope to soon offer both kinds of graphs.
